Transfer Costs and Available Time Windows
During the announced event period, both the base transfer cost and the per-character transfer fee are 0 Quna. However, destination character capacity can still cost extra. If there are not enough available slots, each additional slot costs 1,000 Quna.
Each account can complete one transfer during the event, and a single request can include multiple characters.
The announced regional windows are:
• North America: 09:00–13:00 PDT and 15:00–19:00 PDT.
• Europe: 03:00–07:00 PDT and 09:00–13:00 PDT.
These are scheduled windows, not continuous availability. Check the latest regional announcement before making plans, since event dates and access periods can change.
